This Privacy Policy explains how AxisED.Online collects, uses, stores, reviews, and protects information submitted through the platform. AxisED is developed by FAKT IMPEX INC. for teacher training, recruitment, onboarding, classroom simulation, observation, coaching, and school leadership workflows.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: username, email address, name, last name, phone number, gender, subject or department, school or campus name, login role, subscription status, and access visibility.
Recruitment and interview information: CV uploads, interview answers, introduction responses, expectations, rubric results, admin comments, and AxisAI review notes.
Training simulation information: scenario choices, written responses, chat logs, audio transcripts, teacher reflections, generated feedback, scores, stage activity, completion status, and teacher suggestions.
Voice and audio information: microphone input, speech-to-text transcripts, generated classroom voices, voice interaction records, and related technical logs when audio features are used.
Admin and school workflow information: observation notes, walkthroughs, calendar items, assignments, uploaded resources, scenario content, rubrics, and released feedback.
Payment and subscription information: plan selected, payer name, payer email, payment method, transaction reference, Stripe checkout status, amount, and subscription dates. Full card details are handled by Stripe or the payment provider and are not stored by AxisED.
Technical information: browser, device, IP address, session activity, error logs, security events, and usage records needed to keep the platform working safely.

2. How We Use Information

To create and secure user accounts.
To run teacher interviews, CV verification, recruitment review, and admin decisions.
To provide training simulations, AxisAI feedback, scoring, reports, and teacher development records.
To allow admins to manage users, visibility, content, subscriptions, rubrics, and platform settings.
To process Stripe checkout, payment references, billing support, and access permissions.
To improve platform quality, scenario design, AI coaching, safety, accessibility, and support.
To prevent misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
To comply with legal, school, payment, and administrative obligations.

3. AxisAI and Automated Feedback

AxisAI may process user responses, interview answers, transcripts, and simulation activity to generate coaching feedback, scores, summaries, and admin review support. AxisAI feedback is educational guidance and may be reviewed by authorized administrators. It should not be treated as a guarantee of employment, certification, promotion, or professional outcome.

4. Admin Access and Role-Based Visibility

AxisED uses role-based access. Teachers and users can view only the modules and results made visible to them. Administrators may view and manage account information, CVs, interview submissions, simulation attempts, feedback, subscription status, admin comments, observation notes, uploaded files, and platform settings as needed for recruitment, onboarding, training, and school leadership.

5. Uploaded CVs and Recruitment Records

CVs, profile details, and recruitment responses are used to verify teacher experience, evaluate strengths, support interview review, and help admins make informed onboarding decisions. Users should upload only accurate information and should not include unnecessary sensitive personal data.

6. Audio, Voice, and Transcripts

When audio features are used, AxisED may process teacher voice input, speech-to-text transcripts, generated student voices, and classroom simulation records. These are used for training, feedback, reporting, quality improvement, and admin review. More details are available in the Audio / Voice Consent Policy.

7. Child and Student Data

AxisED simulations are designed for adult teacher training and should use fictional students unless a school has clear authorization to use real student information. Users must not enter private student records, medical details, disciplinary records, or identifiable child data unless their school has the necessary permissions and legal basis. 8. Payment and Subscription Data

AxisED may store plan selections, payment references, subscription status, payer name, payer email, amount, Stripe checkout records, and billing notes. Payment card processing is handled by Stripe or another payment provider. AxisED does not store full payment card numbers on its server.

9. Sharing of Information

AxisED may share or make information available to:

Authorized administrators for recruitment, onboarding, training, subscription, and school leadership purposes.
Service providers that help operate hosting, database, AI, payment, storage, support, security, or analytics features.
Schools or organizations that properly administer their users on AxisED.
Legal, payment, or security authorities when required by law or necessary to protect the platform.

10. Data Retention

AxisED keeps data for as long as needed to provide the service, support admin review, maintain training records, process subscriptions, resolve disputes, improve the platform, and meet legal or operational requirements. Some records may be retained after account closure if required for security, payment, legal, audit, or school administration purposes.

11. Security

AxisED uses role-based access, password hashing, protected configuration practices, server controls, and admin-only settings for sensitive platform functions. No online system is perfectly secure, so users must protect their passwords and report suspicious activity quickly.

12. Your Choices and Requests

Users may request account assistance, correction of profile details, access questions, deletion review, CV removal, or privacy support through the Data Deletion Request Process or Contact / Support page. Some data may not be deleted immediately if it is required for payment, security, admin review, legal, or school record purposes.

13. Changes to This Policy

AxisED may update this Privacy Policy as the platform grows, including changes to AI features, subscriptions, audio tools, school workflows, or legal requirements. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
