These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of AxisED.Online, including the teacher dashboard, interview tools, training simulations, AxisAI feedback, subscription features, uploaded CVs, admin review tools, and related services.

By creating an account, logging in, submitting content, using AxisAI, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About AxisED

AxisED is an educational leadership and teacher training platform developed by FAKT IMPEX INC. The platform helps teachers and candidates practice interviews, classroom responses, online teaching, parent conversations, student behavior management, and professional reflection through structured simulations and AxisAI coaching.

2. Who May Use AxisED

• AxisED is intended for teachers, teacher candidates, school staff, administrators, and other authorized adult users.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not allow another person to use your login.

3. Account Roles and Admin Control

AxisED has role-based access. Teachers and users may see only the modules made visible to them. Administrators may manage users, CV verification, interview responses, simulation results, visibility settings, content, comments, scoring, and platform settings.

4. Training Simulations and AxisAI Feedback

• AxisAI feedback is provided for training, coaching, and reflection. It is not a guarantee of employment, certification, promotion, or classroom performance.
• AxisAI may use internal educational rubrics and teaching standards to evaluate responses. User-facing feedback is simplified for learning purposes.
• AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate. Users and administrators must apply professional judgment.
• Simulation students, parents, teachers, and administrators may be fictional training characters unless clearly stated otherwise.

5. Interview and Recruitment Tools

Interview pages, CV review, rubrics, and candidate responses are designed to support recruitment and professional review. AxisED does not guarantee that a candidate will be hired, contracted, shortlisted, or accepted by any school or organization.

6. User Content and Uploaded Files

You may submit CVs, interview answers, simulation responses, audio input, transcripts, comments, and other materials. You confirm that you have the right to submit this content and that it does not violate any law, privacy right, copyright, contract, or school policy.

You give AxisED and authorized administrators permission to store, process, display, review, score, and use your submitted content for platform operation, recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, quality improvement, security, and support.

7. Audio, Voice, and Classroom Simulation Data

• Some simulations may use microphone input, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, generated voices, transcripts, or chat logs.
• Do not submit real student names, private student records, medical information, or confidential school records unless your organization has authorization to do so.
• Generated student voices are for simulation and training only.
• If a school later uses AxisED with real student data, the school is responsible for obtaining required permissions and following applicable education privacy rules.

8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Paid Access

• Stage 1 may be offered free unless changed by AxisED.
• Paid access may be required for Stage 2, Stage 3, Premium stages, or future modules.
• Prices, billing periods, and included features will be shown before checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. AxisED does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.
• You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and for any taxes, fees, or charges shown at checkout.
• Stage 2 and Stage 3 access opens automatically after Stripe confirms successful Basic payment.
• Subscription cancellation should be available through the account, billing, or support process. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or approved by AxisED.
• Refund requests may be reviewed case by case. AxisED may refuse refunds for completed simulations, misuse, account sharing, or violation of these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use AxisED for illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, or exploitative activity.
• Upload malware, spam, unauthorized personal data, or content you do not have permission to use.
• Attempt to bypass subscriptions, security, admin controls, or role permissions.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse AxisED content, prompts, reports, or platform design.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, CV, employment history, or school affiliation.

10. Islamic and Educational Content

AxisED may include Islamic education, Adab, Akhlaq, and values-based teaching content. This content is provided for school-level educational training and should not be treated as a formal fatwa, legal ruling, or substitute for qualified scholarly guidance. Users should teach responsibly, respectfully, and in line with their school's curriculum and policies.

11. Platform Availability and Changes

AxisED may update, improve, pause, remove, or replace features, scenarios, pricing, stages, AI models, rubrics, content, or access rules. We aim to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

12. Intellectual Property

AxisED, AxisAI, platform layouts, training scenarios, rubrics configured inside the platform, workflows, reports, content libraries, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to FAKT IMPEX INC. You may use them only through the platform for authorized training and administration.

13. Privacy

Your use of AxisED is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand what information may be collected, stored, processed, and reviewed.

14. Termination or Suspension

AxisED may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay required fees, create security risk, submit false information, or use the service in a way that harms other users, schools, administrators, or the platform.

15. Disclaimers

AxisED is provided for educational training and administrative support. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available." AxisED does not guarantee any specific educational, employment, hiring, certification, financial, or professional outcome.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FAKT IMPEX INC. and AxisED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service during the period allowed by applicable law.
