Child / Student Data Notice
Effective Date: May 26, 2026
AxisED is designed primarily for adult teacher training and professional development. Simulated students, parents, and classroom events should be treated as fictional training content unless a school has formally approved a real-data use case.
1. Do Not Enter Private Student Data
Users must not enter or upload real student private information into AxisED unless their school or organization has the required permission and legal basis. This includes:
- Student full names or identifying details.
- Grades, assessment records, attendance, disciplinary records, or behavior files.
- Medical, disability, counseling, family, or safeguarding information.
- Images, voice recordings, or documents that identify a child.
2. Use Fictional or Anonymized Examples
When practicing teaching, classroom management, interviews, or parent conversations, users should use fictional names and anonymized situations. Do not copy real student records into chat, audio, files, or feedback fields.
3. School Responsibility
If a school uses AxisED with real student-related information, the school is responsible for obtaining any required parent, guardian, institutional, or legal permissions and for following applicable education privacy obligations.
4. Reporting Accidental Student Data
If a user accidentally submits real student private information, they should contact AxisED support as soon as possible and request review or deletion where appropriate.
5. Training Purpose
AxisED training scenarios should improve teacher readiness, not collect unnecessary child data. Keep examples minimal, respectful, and privacy-safe.
