Data Deletion Request Process

Users may request deletion or review of account data, CV files, audio transcripts, interview responses, simulation responses, and other personal information submitted to AxisED.

1. What You Can Request

• Delete or close your AxisED account.
• Remove or replace a CV upload.
• Delete specific interview responses where deletion is allowed.
• Delete simulation responses, voice transcripts, or feedback records where deletion is allowed.
• Correct inaccurate account or profile information.
• Ask what data is stored about your account.

2. How to Request Deletion

Send a request through the Contact / Support page with:

• Your full name.
• Your AxisED username or email.
• The specific data you want deleted or corrected.
• Whether the request relates to account, CV, interview, simulation, audio, payment, or admin notes.

3. Verification

AxisED may verify your identity before deleting or changing records. Admins may also need to confirm school or organization requirements before removing certain records.

4. Limits on Deletion

Some data may need to be kept for payment records, fraud prevention, legal compliance, security logs, dispute resolution, school administration, or audit purposes. In those cases, AxisED may restrict access, archive records, or retain only what is necessary.

5. Response Time

AxisED will aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving enough information to identify the account and requested records.
