Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how AxisED subscriptions, paid access, cancellations, and refund reviews work.
1. Free and Paid Access
Stage 1 may be offered free to registered users. Stage 2 and Stage 3 require Basic access. Stage 4 and Stage 5 are Premium stages and may remain closed until AxisED releases them.
2. Subscription Plans
- Free: access to available free training features.
- Basic: paid access to Stage 2 and Stage 3 when enabled.
- Premium: paid access prepared for Stage 4 and Stage 5 when released.
Exact prices and included features are shown before a user completes checkout.
3. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. AxisED does not store full credit card numbers. Payment provider terms and privacy practices may also apply.
4. Automatic Access After Payment
Paid stage access opens automatically after Stripe confirms successful payment. Stage 2 and Stage 3 open immediately after a completed Basic payment.
5. Cancellation
Users may request cancellation through the account, billing, or support process. Cancellation stops future billing or renewal when processed, but it does not automatically refund amounts already paid.
AxisED aims to make cancellation reasonably clear and not harder than sign-up. If a user cannot find the cancellation path, they should contact support from the Contact / Support page.
6. Refund Review
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Refunds may be approved when required by law, when duplicate charges occur, when paid access was not activated after payment, or when AxisED determines that a refund is fair under the circumstances.
Refunds may be refused for completed simulations, used access, account sharing, misuse, false information, violation of the Terms, or requests made after substantial platform usage.
7. Premium Stages Not Yet Open
If Stage 4 or Stage 5 is not open, Premium validation may be prepared but access may remain inactive until development is complete. Users should not purchase Premium unless AxisED clearly shows that the Premium stage they need is open or admin has approved the purchase.
